Like any new routine, Pilates takes time to understand, every exercise has its own purpose. At Pilates&Co, we offer a wide variety of classes and teaching styles so you can get the workout you want with the benefits you need. Our teachers range from athletic and high-energy to technical, precise, creative and flow-focused. Try different styles & teachers to see what suits your mood and goals.

GROUP CLASSES

    FREE ORIENTATION CLASS

    This free orientation class introduces you to the studio, equipment, and the fundamental principles and movements of Reformer Pilates. Designed to set you up for success, it’s perfect for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or feeling a little nervous about getting started.

    BEGINNER

    A perfect class for beginners wanting to focus on building full-body strength and solid movement foundations. You’ll learn the essentials of mobility, strength, flexibility and balance, everything your body is craving. Expect the fundamentals. Perfect for first-timers, pre and post-natal clients, and seasoned movers keen to return to the foundations

    ALL LEVELS

    All Levels is designed to cater to everyone from first timers to more experienced. You can expect a mixed pace with exercises involving layers that can be easily scaled back or progressed to suit the group. If you’re an intermediate mover, we encourage you to attend intermediate classes when possible so you can enjoy the challenge and pace you’re ready for.

    INTERMEDIATE

    Building on the foundations from our beginner sessions, this class takes your practice up a notch. Expect more complex sequencing, increased intensity, and techniques that will challenge you both physically and mentally. It’s an invigorating class designed to stretch your capability and deepen your practice. Great for Intermediate, experienced practitioners with no current injuries or pregnancy.

    REFORMER STRENGTH

    This all-levels format caters to everyone from first timers to experienced movers. Each class combines traditional and functional reformer exercises with targeted props, focusing on total body strength. You can expect purposeful overload to create real muscle activation, a satisfying burn, and a strong, empowered finish.

    REFORMER HIIT

    Reformer HIIT (High(er) Intensity Interval Training) blends the power of Pilates Reformer with energising HIIT intervals in one dynamic session. Using props like Sand-bells, weights, PowerReels, balls, mats, magic circles and boxes, you’ll move through structured intervals that build strength, boost endurance and deliver that incredible HIIT-style after burn. Great for all levels, with options to tailor for low impact. Please note: If you are pre/post-natal, we recommend booking into a Beginner class instead.

    REFORMER FIT

    Our Reformer FIT utilise the jump-board approx. 30% of the class as a prop. These classes are a fun, all-levels class that will get your blood pumping (jumping) and your body moving and perfect for people needing to improve bone density. Expect a full-body workout. Great for all levels, with options to tailor low impact. Please note: If you are pre/post natal, we recommend booking into a Beginner class instead

    BRING YOUR BUBS

    Our Bring Your Bub class offers a safe, comfortable space for both you and your little one. Enjoy a rejuvenating Pilates workout while your baby plays nearby in the playpen or by your side on the mat. It’s a refreshing alternative to typical parent groups and a great way to connect with like-minded parents who value fitness and self-care. Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and boost your overall wellbeing. Babies up to 18 months. Please note: Consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.

    STRETCH AND RELAX

    Unwind and recharge in our Stretch and Relax group reformer class. This session combines gentle reformer stretches with elements of meditation and mindfulness, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to both body and mind. It’s the perfect way to slow down, reset, and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and revitalised. Perfect for all levels.

    GROUP CIRCUIT

    Our Group Circuit class is an all-levels class held in the studio room. Work through a variety of stations using a timer, to build strength, flexibility, and endurance in a supportive, motivating smaller group environment. Maximum of 8 participants. Equipment: Cadillac, Reformer, Chair, Barrel, TRX, mats and props. Great for all levels. Please note: This is not a small group class please book into small group sessions if you have injuries or specific concerns.

    TEEN CLASS

    Designed for 10–16-year-olds with the appropriate height and focus, this class introduces the fundamentals of Pilates and movement. Teens will develop body awareness, strength, balance, coordination, and an appreciation for exercise. Parents or carers are welcome to join if accompanying their teen.

    SENIORS CLASS

    Designed for ages 60+, our Seniors classes focus on balance, strength, mobility, and cognitive health to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active doing what you love. Held across all four GC studios, these safe, low-impact sessions go beyond typical reformer workouts enhancing posture, coordination, joint health, circulation, mental clarity, stress relief, and social connection.

    Private Classes provide a fully personalised Pilates session tailored entirely to you. Whether you’re looking to refine technique, rehabilitate an injury, strengthen your body, or deepen your practice, these one-on-one sessions focus on your individual goals, pace, and needs. Enjoy expert guidance, customised programming, and a supportive environment that helps you get the most out of every session. Perfect for those seeking maximum attention and results.

    DUO PRIVATE SESSIONS 1:2

    Our Duo Private Classes offer a personalised Pilates experience for you and a partner, friend or family member. Enjoy the benefits of one-on-one attention in a shared session, with exercises tailored to your individual goals, abilities, and fitness levels. These sessions are perfect for refining technique, progressing your practice, or working around injuries or special considerations, all in a supportive, motivating environment.

    SMALL GROUP CLASSES 1:3

    Our small group classes are perfect if you want more personalised attention, are recovering from an injury, enjoy a smaller group setting, or wish to refine your practice. Each session is tailored to your individual movement goals.

    These classes also support you during pregnancy and help you regain strength and fitness after baby. Sessions may include reformers, Cadillac, chair, barrel, and other props. Whether you have specific considerations from your pregnancy, birth, or recovery, or need modifications for injury, strength, flexibility, or mobility, we’re here to adapt each movement to you. Class sizes are limited to 3 participants for optimal guidance and support.

THINGS TO REMEMBER ABOUT OUR CLASSES:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to every class, our classes start on time, even if you are 1-2 minutes late, the teacher will be unable to admit you into class. This also gives you the opportunity to meet the teacher properly & settle into the studio and your class.

  • We recommend booking your classes in advance. Our system lets you reserve your spot up to 4 weeks ahead, giving you the best chance to secure your preferred class before it fills up!

  • The waitlists work! If a class is full, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. You’ll be notified by email if a spot becomes available up to 2 hours before the class starts. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Our cancellation policies apply if you get a spot but ‘no show’ to class.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation window. If you’ve booked a class but can’t attend, please cancel as soon as possible. This gives waitlisted participants the chance to be notified.
