Canggu – only 1 minute scooter ride/5min walk to the nearest Nelayan Beach. For your convenience, the location is just walking-distance away from many well known cafes, restaurants, and bars in Canggu.

Oasis is an eco-friendly retreat complex with lush rice field views surrounded by greenery.

We bring you retreat Bali, a complete health and movement reset

Meeting at Oasis on Monday October 26 you will be introduced to your accomodation and crew. Check in time is 1-2pm.

Your experience will include the essence of both Therapy Fitness and
Pilates &Co. with a strong focus on movements for your body, mind and self care, learning, recovery, relaxation along with wholesome food in a delicious Bali way. If this is your first time on a retreat, you can expect a perfectly planned schedule to help you get the most out of your 7 days with us including space to still explore, read, sleep in your own time..

Accommodation

Oasis is a purpose-built retreat centre located just an 8-minute walk from the beach. It was built in 2021 and is equipped with modern amenities, luxury rooms, a gorgeous pool, sauna, ice bath, gym, yoga shala, games, and much more. Offering 5 different types of rooms starting at $2195 (early bird rate).

Themed Bungalow $3495

The Bungalows are placed right by the pool with a private swim deck and outdoor loft net. These rooms come with one king-sized bed, working desk, reading lounger, ceiling fan, and air-conditioner, as well as a private bathroom equipped with a custom bathtub & waterfall shower

King Suites $2995

This private bedroom comes with a patio or balcony facing our turquoise pool and is equipped with a king-sized bed, working desk, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, private bathroom & waterfall shower

Quad room $2195

The teakwood bunk bed is specifically designed with 4 single beds of 120x200cm (not small twin beds) with each having lockable drawers, privacy curtains, personal universal outlet, and reading light. A working desk, air-conditioner, and ceiling fan, as well as a shared bathroom with waterfall shower.

Premium King Suite $3295

his room is designed with a floor-to-ceiling big window overlooking our Yoga Shala and lush Rice Field. The room has a king-sized bed covered by a teakwood overhang, a pool-front balcony, a working desk, an air-conditioner, a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with waterfall shower

Twin Share $2995

This shared suite is equipped with 2 single beds of 120x200m (not small twin beds). The room comes with a patio or balcony overlooking our turquoise pool, working desk, air-conditioner, and ceiling fan, as well as a private bathroom with a waterfall shower

With limited availability, it is first in best dressed with your choice of accomodation.

There are no single occupancy rooms. We can happily pair you with a person in the shared suites or quad room.

  • Flights and Travel Insurance: All flights and travel insurance are excluded and It is your responsibility to check the Balinese requirements regarding visas, vaccines, passport validity ETC: Personal insurances are recommended for any other circumstance beyond our control.

    Cancellation:

    Pilates and Co. and Therapy Fitness reserves the right in cancelling retreats with less than 18 participants. Pilates and Co. and Therapy Fitness is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any Retreat departure.  Pilates and Co. and Therapy Fitness strongly recommends Travel Insurance is purchased as part of your holiday plans to cover any such cancellations.

    Should Pilates and Co. and Therapy Fitness need to cancel the retreat due to minimum number not being met, retreaters will be fully refunded for the retreat payments they have made.

    Should the Retreater cancel for whatever reason the 20% deposit and all progress payments are non-refundable but are transferable. Any additional costs incurred by the Retreater in this instance for but not limited to flights etc is the sole responsibility of the retreat client.

    Menu: Menus are set by the Retreat organisers and venue and will meet any required dietary requirements. Menu is designed and facilitated on site by the venue for your 2 x main meals per day
