Recovery is just as important as the work, which is why we’ve curated dedicated time for restorative practices. From gentle stretching and breath work to relaxation techniques that calm the nervous system, you’ll leave feeling recharged and restored.

What to expect

This retreat will involve all you need to leave feeling restored
and re connected. Only 60 minute drive from the Gold Coast.

Meeting at Wybalena on March 19, you will be introduced to your accommodation, the stunning ground and your fellow retreaters. Check in time is 3pm with check out time on Sunday at 10am.

What you will receive below will truely maximise your experience.

  • 4 days, 3 nights of accommodation with optional pre-retreat hike at 10am on the Thursday. this will be a 2-3 hour walk in Mount Jerusalem National Park.

  • Mat Pilates & daily restorative movement sessions.

  • All meals will be thoughtfully catered with wholesome, nourishing foods.

  • Guided farm walk (30-45 minutes)

  • Infrared saunas, spa, ice bath available

  • Reflection, journalling, mindfulness

  • Travel: Transport to and from are excluded.

    Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your position on the retreat the following Terms & Conditions will apply:

    All deposits and progress payments paid are non refundable but transferable if required.

    EG: If you pay the 20% down payment and 40% second payment and wish to cancel you will unfortunately forfeit the payments unless you have someone to replace you to which you can transfer to their name..

    Menu: Menus are set by the Retreat organisers and venue and will meet any required dietary requirements. Menu is designed and facilitated on site by the venue.
